Relaxation Works

What if you could lead a practice which would

 - Alleviate stress and anxiety

 - Encourage self-acceptance

 - Reduce tension and associated pain.

 - Step back from limiting habits, and thought patterns.

 - Improve concentration by reducing mental clutter.

 - Promote overall wellbeing including digestive issues.

This course will explain the theory and practice of different styles of guided relaxation, including the much acclaimed Yoga Nidra so you can lead with awareness, hold space with confidence, choose or develop the right relaxation for the group, and be there to support.

With so many courses to chose from, you may never know what brought you to our door. If you are unsure about stepping inside, then please don’t be. This particular journey into the Mind Body connection is a transformative one.

“Maybe the fear is that

we are less than

we think we are,

when the

actuality of it

is that we are much much more.”

Energy Works

'You were born with wings... why prefer to crawl through life.' Rumi

We are so excited to be formulating this 60 hour energy movement course which will transform the way you practice and teach. Designed as CPD for yoga teachers or other movement facilitators, the practice has it roots in the concept of Kundalini style yoga, and the Traditional Chinese Meridian theory. We work with you to debunk myths and distill the essence of how energy moves  in a holistic way. Then we introduce simple but energising seasonal movements to restore and heal from within. Energy Works sessions do not involve complicated postures or any need to look a certain way. Instead you feel your way to better mental physical and emotional health, using repetition, breath work and sound. The course can also be enjoyed by anyone interested in understanding how to move and feel better.
